Participants to this EuroMaTech training course will receive a thorough training on the subjects covered by the seminar outline with the Tutor utilising a variety of proven adult learning teaching and facilitation techniques. Seminar methodology includes stimulating presentations supporting each of the topics together with interactive trainer lead sessions of discussion. There will also be practical sessions where participants will give a presentation and receive immediate coaching and feedback from the Tutor and the group. These presentations will be given to the participants on a USB drive to take home and use for further reflection and evaluation.
