An Intensive 5-day Training Course
Strategic Business Analysis for Organisational Change
Requirements, Agile & Hybrid Project Delivery, Data-Driven Decisions and AI-Enabled Analysis
CLASSROOM DATES
INTRODUCTION
Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and defining solutions that deliver real value. Within a project environment, the business analyst is the critical link between stakeholders, project managers, product owners and delivery teams - turning strategy and business problems into clear, prioritised, well-managed requirements.
This intensive five-day seminar takes participants through the full business analysis life cycle, from strategic and enterprise analysis through requirements elicitation, modelling and management, to solution evaluation and benefits realisation. It reflects how modern projects are actually delivered - across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches - and how analysts increasingly work with data, digital tools and artificial intelligence to inform decisions and accelerate delivery.
Delivered through a blend of expert facilitation, group workshops, and a case study that runs throughout the week, the programme is highly practical. Participants leave with a toolkit of techniques, templates and models they can apply immediately, and a personal action plan for continued development.
