An Intensive 5-day Training Course
Certificate in Business & Commercial Law
Confident Legal Thinking for Everyday Commercial Decisions
CLASSROOM DATES
INTRODUCTION
This EuroMaTech practical training course is designed to give participants a working understanding of the legal framework within which modern businesses operate. Commercial managers, procurement professionals, contract administrators and other non-lawyers are increasingly expected to engage with legal issues with confidence and good commercial judgement, yet few have had the opportunity to build a structured foundation in the subject.
This EuroMaTech Certificate in Business & Commercial Law training course provides that foundation. It introduces the principles, documents and processes that participants are most likely to encounter in their day-to-day roles, with a deliberate focus on building legal literacy rather than on technical mastery. By exploring the main pillars of business and commercial law in a structured way, participants will be better placed to identify risks early, ask the right questions, and engage effectively with inhouse and external lawyers.
Participants attending the EuroMaTech Certificate in Business & Commercial Law training course will develop the following competencies:
- Understanding the legal environment in which businesses operate
- Working with commercial contracts with greater confidence
- Recognising key legal risks in everyday commercial activity
- Engaging effectively with legal advisors and contributing to legally-sound decisions

TRAINING SUMMARY
The EuroMaTech Certificate in Business & Commercial Law training course provides a structured introduction to the legal principles that underpin commercial activity.
