Cancellation Policy

➡️Pre-Course Cancellation Policy

Full payment of the course fee must be made not later than ten (10) days prior to program start date. Cancellations received in writing within at least 14 days prior to the seminar will be subject to US$250.00 administration fee. A registered delegate can nominate a substitute with no extra cost provided the same is done in writing and received by the EuroMaTech Training & Management Consultancy at least one week before the program start date.

All course bookings made through EuroMaTech Training & Management Consultancy are non-refundable. By registering for a course, you acknowledge and accept that fees are payable in full and are not subject to refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to participant dissatisfaction, changes in personal or professional circumstances, or partial attendance.

EuroMaTech Training & Management Consultancy reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content, trainers, or schedules where necessary, without entitling delegates to a refund. Full details of each course – including objectives, target audience, and content – are clearly outlined prior to enrolment, and it is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure suitability before booking.
