INTRODUCTION
Managerial Finance is an interdisciplinary approach that borrows from both managerial accounting and corporate finance, and concerns itself with the managerial significance of finance system. It focuses on assessment rather than technique.
Managerial Finance therefore aims to answer the questions that are central to the operations of today’s industries and their financial management. In so doing, Managerial Finance seeks to address such questions as:

- What should firms do about new investment, mergers and dividends?
