INTRODUCTION

TRAINING SUMMARY
This programme covers essential knowledge and skills that are necessary to comprehend as an effective operations and maintenance personnel. The programme begins with identification of the various high voltage electrical equipment namely the transformer, cables, circuit breakers and protection devices. It then migrates to the diagnostics and methods of testing and interpreting results for analysis.
From there it proceeds to the use of precise and correct testing and measuring equipment so as to achieve the optimum integrity and performance of the high voltage electrical equipment.
