Day 2 - Monitoring & Control
- Understanding risks
- Managing and inspiring the people – ensure they are motivated and in the right place at the right time
- Understanding people may change their mind and overcoming obstacles
- Putting good measurement in and tracking the work
- Closure – did we succeed and what have we learnt?
