INTRODUCTION

Strategic agility refers to a company's ability to react to, or to drive, change quickly and appropriately, whilst also maintaining flexibility and focus. This Certificate in Strategic Agility training course will help delegates to develop their skills in strategy development & implementation, recognising the need for organisations to be agile in a rapidly and unpredictably changing world.
