He has in excess of 15 years experience in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare supplies and healthcare systems sectors, where he held almost every position from Sales Representative, through to Regional and National Sales and Marketing manager to International Business Development. Nowadays, Mr. Mills is an internationally recognized speaker, seminar leader and trainer, Mr. Mills has developed and presented hundreds of successful seminars, training programs and educational courses around the world
He is an internationally recognized seminar leader working with firms such as Mars/Masterfoods, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dow Corning, Pfizer and Siemens. Mr. Mills is a frequent speaker in various areas of Sales and Marketing, especially in the areas of Value Creation and capture, Key Account Management and Branding, among others.
Mr. Mills is the author of numerous articles appearing in such publications as Pharmaceutical Marketing, Pharmaceutical Field Magazine, in addition to a number of articles written for other publications such as International Business Traveller magazine.
Mr. Mills earned his Bachelor of Science degree (with Honours) in Biochemistry and Microbiology fromManchesterMetropolitanUniversityinEngland, and his Masters of Business Administration fromLancashireBusinessSchool, also inEngland; additionally he has the Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
He has also taught and facilitated workshops and seminars for the both public and private sector organizations such as BMI Hospital Group Plc, the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia and various departments within the UK government
Mr. Mills has developed proprietary software models for strategic assessment of Key Accounts, showing how to prioritise them and also manage them, as well as tools for coaching individuals on the job to assist clients in managing their customers and their own people more effectively.
