INTRODUCTION
This programme is about exploring and mastering skills that will comfortably take delegates to the next level of competence. It begins with practical insights into leadership and behavioural styles and then quickly moves into core competencies needed in managing organisation, people and change.
ILM CERTIFICATION
The Certified Manager is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Delegates will complete an assessment at the end of the programme and, if successful, will become certified with the ILM. The assessment will focus on the topics covered by this programme.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Training input will consist of practical lecturettes, role plays, video clips, case studies and self-revealing instruments/questionnaires. Learning will be enhanced through active involvement; individual and group exercises followed by review. Opportunities for self-assessment will be provided and feedback on individual and group performance will be encouraged. Participants will work on their own individual team issues during the programme.
