Q. What is included in the fee?

Our fees cover your expert tuition by a senior associate consultant, a high quality manual to be used during the seminar and afterwards as a reference document. We also provide refreshments and lunch on the seminar training days.

Q. Who are the EuroMaTech Trainers?

We have a team of over 300 senior associate consultants to facilitate our public and in-house seminars. All our trainers have a minimum of 15-20 years of top level experience coupled with up-to-the-minute knowledge of current best practices. Profiles of specific trainers are available upon request.

Also, all consultants are evaluated after every seminar to monitor their performance. This enables us to maintain prestige brand and our reputation for high quality seminars.

Q. How can I pay?

Your company will be invoiced and we accept a variety of payment methods, including; bank transfer, bankers draft, cheque or cash.

Q. Can EuroMaTech help with Accommodation?

Yes – we negotiate a special corporate rate with the venues for our delegates. All registered delegates will be informed of these rates.

You can also contact us with your travel details and your requirements and we can arrange your accommodation at the venue hotel on your behalf.

Q. What do I need to bring?

Everything you will need for your training with EuroMaTech will be provided by us. Some delegates do prefer to bring their own laptops for finance and excel based workshops.

Q. Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code for EuroMaTech seminars. Our training is meant to be fun and innovative as well as providing a wonderful learning environment. Most people who attend our seminars feel most comfortable in smart/casual clothing.

Q. What are the daily timings?

08:00 – 08.30 Welcome
08:30 – 10:15 First Session
10:15 – 10:30 Coffee Break
10:30 – 12:15 Second Session
12:15 – 12:30 Coffee Break
12:30 – 14:00 Third Session
14:00 – 15:00 Lunch Break
15:00 – 16:00 Open Session

Q. Are there any places left on a seminar?

Please contact us to check availability. Some seminars fill up very quickly so it is advisable to register as soon as possible.

Q. Do I get a certificate?

Yes – all EuroMaTech delegates will receive a certificate of attendance and the amount of qualifying CPE Credits they have attained will also be shown on this certificate.
Depending on the course, you may also be eligible to receive a certificate from one of our Accreditation Partners, such as the ILM.

Q. Refund & Cancellation Policy

For refund, request for cancellation must be made in writing and received at EuroMaTech 3 weeks prior to the start date. A US$ 250 processing fee will be charged per delegate for each cancellation. We are unable to refund any fees paid if the cancellation notice is received less than 3 weeks prior to the start date although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a substitute delegate.
